Online Returns

• 3-day return window from date of order delivery (confirmed delivery via shipment courier's tracking information)
• Original receipt required
• Returns processed as online credit only
  
• All returns and exchanges must be free from wear, stains, odor, or any other condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. 

In-Store Returns

• 3-day return window from date of purchase
• Original receipt required
• Returns processed as store credit only
• All returns and exchanges must be free from wear, stains, odor, or any other condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new
• Original tags must be attached
